Chrysalis Christmas Cornucopia

WHAT: A literary reading featuring EPCC faculty and staff (including Dr. Richard Rhodes), as well as talented writers from the borderland community!
WHEN: Tuesday, November 28, 2006
TIME: from 7-9pm
WHERE: 905 El Paso Street (EPCC Rio Grande Campus), at the "Little Temple"

The event is free and open to the public, but we are asking for books, toys, and/or canned foods to benefit South West Key Program and Ofanatorio Benito Juarez. The South West Key Program houses and helps unaccompanied, South American minors who have been detained at the border. There will also be music by classical guitarist, Eric Slavin, of the international recording artists, The Santa Fe Guitar Quartet.

"CHRYSALIS COVER CONTEST"

We are having a cover contest to decide which photo will be used for the cover of the 2007 edition of Chrysalis.

Just fill out a contest form and drop off, with your photo, to the nearest EPCC campus for your chance to win. Alternatively, you may also submit your entry online. Just click here to read the guidelines and to access the entry form.

The winning entry will be featured on the cover of Chrysalis along with a $75 cash prize!
